Today Arrow Auto Supply has four departments within the business located on 1^st Street North in Virginia.  We employ fourteen  people.  Five counter/sales associates, seven technicians who cut and install auto, home, and commercial glass, one upholster, and one bookkeeper/office manager.  Our technicians are all 3M and PPG certified.  They are OSHA and MSHA qualified.  They attend classes regularly to stay abreast of the new developments in the glass and auto paint industry.

The store inventory includes automobile paint, trims, body replacement parts, tools, cleaning and polishing supplies.  We can match and mix any paint to any color for your every need. Shop tools are on hand with qualified repair people if the need arises.  We deliver to area body shops weekly with our vans going to Ely, International Falls, Hoyt Lakes, and all shops in between. 

In our plate glass shop our glaziers cut glass, plexiglass and mirrors for the area mines as well as area businesses and residences.  From decorative mirrors and glass to construction and mining equipment we have all the various glass, mirrors, installation rubber, fasteners, and adhesives necessary to fill your every need. 

In our automotive glass department we have three full-time, in shop installers.  Our technicians will come to your location to install your automotive glass in your vehicle.  (Just ask for mobile service.)  After installation, they conduct a series of tests to ensure your glass is installed correctly and you will have no problem with air or water leaks.  Our workmanship is always guaranteed.  We have a vast inventory of domestic and foreign windshields.  Windshields and auto glass for non-stock items will arrive the next day. Windshield repairs can also be made to your vehicle saving you and your insurance company the cost of replacement.  Our technicians are up-to-date on the latest applications and equipment for windshield repair.  Cracked or broken auto glass is a safety issue.  Take care of any damage to your automobile windows as soon as it happens.  We will handle all of the insurance paperwork for you.

In our upholstery department, our in-house upholsterer does a fantastic job with any fabric need for your boat, auto, ATV, snowmobile, recreation equipment, construction equipment, fleet interiors, business, or specialty need.  He has a wide range of fabrics to choose from including but not limited to printed vinyl, auto upholstery fabrics, and marine carpets.  He does a beautiful job of replacing vinyl tops.  He can reupholster your boat seats and cushions along with sewing new mooring and travel covers.
